The price of DRAM products is expected to sharply drop until the mid-point of 2019... and will continue to fall during the second half of the year but at a moderate pace.<br />This is according to price tracker DRAM eXchange on Thursday... citing oversupply and weak global demand.<br />It projects that DRAM contract prices will plunge... resulting in an over 20-percent sequential decline during the first quarter,... followed by another on-quarter decrease of 15-percent in Q2.<br />It also said demand for emerging 5G networks, Internet-of-Things and automotive electronics applications will not have much influence on the overall DRAM market this year. <br />
