But when Dutch historian Rutger Bregman recently made some pointed comments to Carlson on-air, the Fox News host became so livid that he refused to even air the interview.<br /><br />Carlson’s team defended the cancellation of the airing of the interview by saying that Bregman had turned the conversation into a “personal insult campaign.” Justin Wells, senior executive producer of Carlson’s show, said they “respect [their] audience’s time too much” to air it.
