Semenyih by-election: Uncle Kentang pledges space for smokers in restaurants

Independent candidate Kuan Chee Heng on Friday pledged to ensure that smokers will be allocated a spot to smoke in restaurants, in light of what he claims are dwindling sales in eateries.
