R. Kelly Indicted on Ten Counts of Aggravated Sexual Abuse Kelly was indicted on February 22 in Chicago, after two decades of allegations. These latest charges stem<br />from the discovery of a VHS tape showing<br />Kelly having sex with a 14-year-old girl.
