R. Kelly Indicted on Ten Counts of Aggravated Sexual Abuse Kelly was indicted on February 22 in Chicago, after two decades of allegations. A no-bail arrest warrant for Kelly has been approved by a Cook County judge. The R&B singer has managed to dodge charges after nearly 25 years of sexual abuse accusations. This includes a six year indictment<br />that ended in 2008 when he was found<br />not guilty on 14 charges of child pornography. These latest charges stem<br />from the discovery of a VHS tape showing<br />Kelly having sex with a 14-year-old girl. Attorney Michael Avenatti, who has been investigating Kelly for ten months, announced<br />the existence of the video two weeks ago. Michael Avenatti via statement.
