Good afternoon, despite the spring-like conditions, ultra-fine dust is keeping us inside... unfortunately dusty air will continue for most parts of the country with an ultra-fine dust advisory remaining in place for many areas including here in Seoul. <br /><br />It's noticeably warmer in the afternoon but beware that morning lows continue to kick off in low single digits for most areas. Dress accordingly.<br /><br />By the afternoon,... highs will range from the low to mid teens under partly sunny skies.
