The Queen biopic also won awards for <br />best film editing, sound editing and <br />sound mixing. Olivia Colman's role as Queen Anne in 'The Favourite' <br />won best actress. Alfonso Cuarón's 'Roma' won him best director, cinematography and foreign film. Regina King won best supporting actress for her role in 'If Beale Street Could Talk.' 'Black Panther' won best costume design, production design and original score. Lady Gaga's "Shallow," from 'A Star Is Born,' won best original song. Director Spike Lee, who has been nominated five times before, won his first Oscar for best adapted screenplay for 'BlacKkKlansman.'
