This is the moment an enormous king cobra was captured in the Indian state of Odisha after it was seen trying to enter a home. <br /><br />The 16-foot (4.9-metre) snake was spotted trying to crawl into a house in Khandabuda village in Mayurbhanj District on Sunday. <br /><br />Staff from the Forest Department arrived, caught the enormous serpent and managed to place it in a wooden box. <br /><br />The reptile was later relocated in Similipal National Park. <br /><br />The king cobra is the world's longest venomous snake. Despite its fearsome reputation, it avoids confrontation with humans when possible.
