청와대, 북미간 종전선언 합의 가능성 있어<br /><br />Here in Seoul, President Moon Jae-in has weighs on the Vietnam summit.<br />Speaking to his top aides during a weekly meeting today,... President Moon said he hopes the summit will be successful,... and reminded people once again that Koreans are the masters of their own fate.<br />"Standing at the center of history, not the periphery, we will take the lead in preparing for a new Korean Peninsula regime, one that is moving from war and confrontation toward peace and harmony and from factionalism and ideology toward economic prosperity."<br />Earlier, the president's spokesperson said North Korea and the U.S. this week could strike a deal on declaring an end to the Korean War.<br />The leaders of South Korea and the U.S. have promised to keep in close touch on the summit's outcome.
