As the sole independent candidate in the Semenyih by-election, Kuan Chee Heng said if he wins, he would not only serve but also donate his salary to help the poor in the area.<br /><br />Kuan, who is fed up with the government’s excessive politicking, said he wants to bring a breath of fresh air to the political scene and be an assemblyman whom people can call at any time of the day to help their plight.
