Storm surge flooding in Ontario, Canada has submerged grassy public areas underwater, and cars are struggling to drive through main roads. <br /><br />Footage of the storm damage in Port Colborne, filmed yesterday (February 24), shows two people hardly able to get the door of their Jeep open against the powerful wind. <br /><br />As well as fast moving water swallowing the tires of cars, waterfowl is observed fighting rough gusts of sleet and difficult water conditions.
