A lottery winner who scooped an enormous 1.5 billion-dollar Mega Millions jackpot still hasn't claimed their prize almost five months after their win.<br />The billion-dollar mystery has stirred up numerous rumors about the fate of the winner in Simpsonville, South Carolina.<br />There's speculation the ticket has been lost or the ticket holder has died.<br />There are even some far out conspiracy theories claiming that there was no winner at all and the whole thing was just a Mega Millions PR stunt to sell more tickets.<br />The winner has until April 19th to claim the second largest jackpot in U.S. history or the money will be redistributed to the 44 states that participated in the lottery. <br />
