Do not forget to share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />1 cup Cabbage, julienne<br />1 Carrot, julienne<br />1/2 Capsicum, julienne<br />50 gms Green Peas<br />1 tbsp Butter<br />Salt<br />2 packet Maggi Noodles<br />Maggi Masala<br />1 tbsp Schezwan sauce<br />1 cube Cheese<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />Heat a wok, add butter, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, toss them until they are cooked yet little crunchy.<br />Add salt, give it a toss, switch off the flame and transfer it to a bowl.<br />In the same wok, add water, green peas, Maggi noodles, Maggi masala, mix well and allow it to cook for 2 minutes.<br />Once the noodles are 3/4 cook, add some sauteed vegetables and keep the rest for garnishing.<br />Give it a quick toss and add schezwan and cheese.<br />Give it a quick toss and our Maggi is ready to plate.<br />Garnish it with sauteed vegetables and cheese.<br />Our Schezwan Cheese Maggi is ready.
