Do try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />Ghee<br />4 Onions, sliced<br />1/2 tsp Salt<br />2-3 tbsp Curd<br />Ghee<br />1/2 tsp Salt<br />1 tbsp Red Chilli powder<br />1 tbsp Cumin seed powder<br />Turmeric powder<br />3 tbsp Coriander powder<br />3 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste<br />700 gms Chicken<br />1 cup Curd<br />4-5 Green Cardamom, crushed<br />1 Black Pepper, crushed<br />4-5 Cloves<br />Cinnamon stick<br />Coriander leaves, chopped<br />Ginger, juliennes<br />1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder<br />Mace<br />Garam Masala<br />10-12 Cashew paste<br />Coriander leaves<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />Heat ghee in a vessel, add onion, salt, fry t until it turns golden brown.<br />Switch off the flame, let the onions cool, add it into the mixer with curd and then grind it into paste.<br />Heat ghee in a vessel, add onion paste, salt, red chilli powder, cumin seed powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, saute them well.<br />Add chicken and mix it well.<br />Add curd, green cardamom, black pepper, cloves and mix well.<br />Add cinnamon, coriander leaves and mix well.<br />Close the lid and cook it on low flame for 10 mins.<br />Add ginger, nutmeg, mace, garam masala and mix them well.<br />Add cashew paste and coriander leaves, give it a final mix and our Chicken Korma is ready to serve.
