Every Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00, there is a market of locally bio-based products, initiated by Mani Tese and ACRA, two Italian NGOs, to promote local products.<br /><br />For Mani Tese, supporting bio-based products is not just at the production level, but also at the level of marketing which allows the producer to get a profit from the activity. As for the customers, buying the products directly from the producer also means that they can visit their farms and see how the vegetables are grown. <br /><br />“It's the quality I find here, the size and appearance of vegetables, it's very impressive. I am convinced by the products,” says Frank KUKLINSKI, a customer at the market.<br />
