Good morning, let's start today's weather report by giving you the outlook in Hanoi where the second North Korea-U.S summit is set to kick off two days of meetings. The Vietnamese capital will see very light morning rain then lots of cloud coverage. <br /><br />As for Korea, Seoul had early spring weather with improved air... we'll have pretty much a repeat of yesterday's weather except the air quality will be bad again.
