New Nintendo Switch Pokémon Games <br />Revealed on Pokémon Day 'Pokémon Sword' and 'Pokémon Shield' <br />will be released later in 2019. 'Sword' and 'Shield' include a <br />new wild Pokémon battle option, in addition to classic trainer and gym matches. As usual, players select from three starter Pokémon at the beginning of the game: Fire-type Scorbunny, grass-type Grookey or water-type Sobble. The game announcement coincides with the release of a new trailer for 'Detective Pikachu.' It features a ton of Pokémon, <br />including the legendary Mewtwo. The first live-action Pokémon movie <br />hits theaters on May 10.
