The South Korean President is keeping a close eye on the summit in Vietnam.<br />Moon Jae-in said the summit is an important step towards peace in the region.<br />Shin Se-min reports. <br /> Keeping close tabs on the summit unfolding in Vietnam... is President Moon Jae-in in Seoul.<br />Ahead of his own summit meeting with the visiting Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi,... President Moon expressed high expectations for the summit between leaders Kim and Trump.<br /><br /> "Today is also the day of the second North Korea-U.S. summit in Vietnam, an important and meaningful day in establishing peace and prosperity on the Korean Peninsula."<br /><br /> The president's expectations for the summit are as high as they could be.<br />But no matter how big or small a deal comes out of it, the president's spokesman said any deal is a success and every step is important.<br /> That's a response to claims that the only meaningful progress would be if the two sides were to agree on a "big deal"... or the complete irreversible denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.<br /> And President Moon... is reportedly monitoring the summit by the minute through the news media and through additional briefings from his security chief Chung Eui-yong.<br /> And once the summit wraps up,...
