Footage of a flooded vineyard in Sebastopol in Sonoma County Wednesday as the Russian River swells after storms in northern California, cutting off two towns and prompting evacuations. <br /><br />Guerneville and Monte Rio are essentially islands in the midst of all the floodwater. The second half of the footage shows flooding on Occidental Road, just north of Sebastopol.
