A hungry elephant raids a cool box as shocked tourists look on. <br /><br />The large bull ventured into the clearing where groups of holidaymakers were on a hiking tour through the jungle. <br /><br />It made a beeline for a refreshments stand where food and drinks were being kept for the ground - and immediately snared a large red plastic box. <br /><br />Footage shows how the elephant dragged the box from the wooden hut then crushed it with its feet. <br /><br />The pachyderm then plundered the packages of sandwiches and sticky rice that were being stored inside. <br /><br />The unusual was captured in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, on January 16. <br /><br />One nervous tourist is heard saying ''Is he dangerous?'' <br /><br />The elephant grabbed the food and then trudged back off among the trees.
