Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir who felt that the water agreement with Singapore was “morally wrong” on Thursday urged the Johor government to speak up against the agreement. <br /><br />Dr Mahathir said this at the opening of a discussion session between Johor government officers and members of the federal government.
