The CAG questions the conduct of the Army Head quarters in the Mumbai land scam

521 crore rupees were wasted in 7-yr delay in providing radar warning receiver systems on IAF aircraft. Only 73 systems out of 336 procured were integrated on aircraft. Their Performance too was found unsatisfactory.
