The Opposition is focusing its attack against Walmart on two statements that members UPA of Government have made.<br /><br />First is the Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee stating on the floor of the Lok Sabha in 2011 that the decision on FDI in retail had been shelved till there was a consensus.
