In yet another shocking incident an Akali Dal leader's relative assaulted a Home Guards constable on traffic duty because he 'dared' to stop his car. The incident occurred less than a week after Akali leader Ranjit Singh Rana killed an ASI who confronted him for harassing his daughter in Amritsar.
