Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav is unhappy with his son Akhilesh Yadav's cabinet and said that some Minister's need to be changed and that the bureaucrats are running the Government.<br />Mulayam Singh had admitted in a party meet that some ministers were involved in corruption and that he had reportedly singled out the PWD department held by his brother Shivpal Yadav.<br />Sources say that Shivpal Yadav chose to remain silent and that he is brewing discontent on being sidelined by Akhilesh Yadav.
