Chief of the army staff General Bikram Singh visits Martyr Hemraj's kin assures of quick action against the gruesome killing of Lance Naik Hemraj.<br />The visit was one of the demands of the family members who had gone on a protest fast for 6 days last week. The army chief couldn't visit on Tuesday because of the Army Day celebrations.
