Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde has stirred a hornet's nest at the AICC conclave in Jaipur seemingly threatening to derail Rahul Gandhi's agenda.<br />Commenting on the nation's security issues. Shinde said Hindu terror is promoted in RSS and BJP camps. He even claimed he had a report that stated the RSS was breeding terror. He lashed out the RSS and BJP for some terror attacks while blaming minorities.<br />Even before Shinde Digvijay Singh had also accused the RSS. But a minister speaking at the AICC conclave gives the issue a new dimension. Shinde later shifted his stand saying he was speaking on the basis of newspaper reports.
