In a move that could spark fresh acrimony between Pakistan and India, two Pakistani diplomats have been barred from attending the festival without according any reason.<br />Memon heads the media wing of Pakistani High Commission, while Anwar is trade minister. <br />Meanwhile, ABVP and BJYP have threatened to protest against the Pakistan writers attending the festival.
