India News: The southeast district police have arrested a 28-year-old man for allegedly opening fire on three persons in the New Friends Colony area two days ago.<br /><br />The accused identified as Tushar Goyal was arrested from his residence in Rajouri Garden on Saturday, while he was trying to escape.<br /><br />Goyal carried out the crime with his two associates — Sunil and Tinku — after a verbal duel with one Tej Bahadur, his cousin and a friend on November 4, said Ajay Chaudhary, additional commissioner of police (southeast).
