India News: Lok Janshakti Party president and a Rajya Sabha MP Ram Vilas Paswan on Sunday lashed out at Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, calling him a "double faced" individual."This (Bihar) government promises a lot pre-elections, but never lives up to its promises. Not even a clothes manufacturing factory has been set up.No developments have taken place, and the state has gone down to the gutters," Paswan claimed here.<br /><br />Referrint to the opposition National Democratic Alliance's (NDA) chances of coming to power after the 2014 general elections, Paswan said: " No way is the NDA going to win it".<br />He also said that he would be meeting Bihar's Governor Devanand Konwar to discuss issues relating to development in Bihar.
