India News: Delhi, which has witnessed several mass protests over brutal rape cases of late, is turning into a sort of rape capital with crime against women escalating at an abnormal rate in the last few months.<br /><br />Delhi Rape Case: Delhi Police Commissioner Neeraj Kumar on Tuesday released statistics that shows 158 per cent rise in rape cases in the national capital this year till 15 April. Molestation cases rose by 600 per cent and eve-teasing cases by 700 per cent.
