Even after 27 days, Shiromani Akali Dal leader Satnam Singh Kahlwan who is accused of raping a 13 year old girl, continues to evade arrest. Satnam Singh is the relative of Punjab's Rural Development and Panchayat Minister, Ranjit Singh Brahampura.
