India News: Railway minister Pawan Kumar Bansal on Saturday met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and offered to resign over the bribery scandal involving his nephew, according to TV reports.<br /><br />The decision on Bansal will be taken at the Congress core group meet at 5.30pm this evening. Sonia Gandhi and Manmohan Singh are likely yo take a call on Bansal's resignation then.<br /><br />Earlier today, Bansal distanced himself from the matter saying he had no business links with his nephew and denied any wrongdoing.
