India News: Actress-turned-MP Rekha, who was nominated to Rajya Sabha a year back, on Tuesday attended the second half of the Budget Session for the first time and exchanged pleasantries with fellow members.<br /><br />She had come to Parliament to cast her vote for elections to the Committee of Public Undertaking.
