Sanjay Dutt News: Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt will on Thursday surrender before a Mumbai TADA Special Court by 4 pm in the 1993 blasts case. <br /><br />Sanjay, who has been convicted for his role in the March 1993 Mumbai serial blasts, will then be handed over to Arthur Road Central Jail authorities. <br /><br />On Wednesday, the actor had withdrawn his application seeking to surrender in Pune's Yerawada Jail as he apprehended threats to his life in Mumbai.
