Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa has slammed American diplomat Maureen Chao for her racial slur on Tamilians. Jayalalithaa has demanded an apology from her. <br /> "This remark which smacks of racism is highly condemnable, this is an affront to all Tamils", Jayalalithaa said. "Chao has to withdraw this remark & also apologies for having made such a comment on Tamils", she added.
