India News: Former president of BJP Nitin Gadkari has refused to take responsibility of heading states assembly elections.<br /><br />BJP veteran leader L K Advani has put a proposal, that there should be two committee in the party, one should be responsible for coming states assembly elections and the other one for lok sabha elections.<br /><br />Mr. Advani wanted assembly election committee should be headed by Nitin Gadkari.
