India News: A woman allegedly drowned both her children and then hung herself at her east Delhi home on Wednesday, police said. An official said, the woman in Mandawali area first drowned her six-year-old daughter in a washing machine and then dunked her 11-month-old son in a bucket of water. She then hanged herself.
