India News : Once again, cut-offs have hit the 100-per cent mark in Delhi University's first list that was announced on Wednesday night. Two years ago, the cut-off for B Com (H) was 100 per cent at Shri Ram College of Commerce, for some students under the general category.<br /><br />This academic session will see the introduction of the new four-year format at the university.
