Infant deaths: Mamata passes the buck on Health Secretary

Hours after 12 more infant deaths were reported from a government hospital in Burdwan in West Bengal, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has passed the buck and said that Health Secretary will give the clarification on infants death.
