India News : (JMM) Jharkhand Mukti Morcha leader Hemant Soren, who claims to have the support of 42 MLAs in the 82-member state assembly, is expected to formally stake claim to form the government today.<br /><br />According to an official, Soren has been given an appointment with the Jharkhand Governor Syed Ahmed at 5.30 pm.<br /><br />The latest development in this regard comes nine days before the six-month period of President's rule ends in Jharkhand.
