Do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />For Methi Khakra:<br />150 gms Wheat Flour<br />2 tbsp Gram Flour<br />Dried Fenugreek Leaves, crushed<br />Turmeric powder<br />Salt<br />Red Chilli powder<br />2 tbsp Oil<br /><br />For Jeera Khakra:<br />150 gms Wheat Flour<br />1 tbsp Gram Flour<br />Salt<br />Cumin seeds, roasted<br />2 tbsp Ghee<br />Water<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />For Methi Khakra:<br />In a bowl, add wheat flour, gram flour, dried fenugreek leaves, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, mix them well and add oil.<br />Add water and knead it into a dough.<br />Keep the dough aside to rest for 10 minutes.<br /><br />For Jeera Khakra:<br />In a bowl, add wheat flour, gram flour,salt, cumin seeds, ghee, water and knead it into a dough.<br />Keep the dough aside to rest for 10 minutes.<br /><br />Dust some flour on the board, make small balls of the respective dough and flatten it.<br />Roll the dough thin.<br />Heat a pan, place the respective khakra's on it and cook it on medium to low flame.<br />Once it's ready, transfer it to a plate.<br />Similarly make other Khakra's as well.
