Cricket's loss is hockey's gain in the country. After snapping ties with the BCCI, Sahara India is set to renew its sponsorship of the Indian hockey team. Deal is likely to be announced today and sources tell NewsX that it will be two and a half times more than the previous deal.The previous deal was worth 3 crore rupees and this one is expected to go upto 8 crore rupees, still less than the 15 crore deal asked for by Hockey India earlier this year.
