India News: Narendra Modi supporters say he didn't co-opt Obama's slogan

New Delhi: After Narendra Modi was accused of co-opting Barack Obama's slogan "Yes, we can," while addressing a massive rally in Hyderabad on Sunday, his supporters have released a video from 2004 to deny claims that the Gujarat Chief Minister took a page out of the US President's book.<br /><br />The video, uploaded on YouTube by user 'iSupportNamo', has Mr Modi's speech at the Vibrant Gujarat summit in 2004, where he can be seen saying "Gujarat can and Gujaratis will."<br /> <br />In the video, the then PM Atal Behari Vajpayee can also be seen sharing the stage with Mr Modi.<br /><br />The Gujarat Chief Minister is expected to land his party's prime ministerial nomination.<br /> <br />On Sunday, while addressing a capacity crowd of over 50,000 in Hyderabad's LB Stadium, Mr Modi had asked the people to echo him: "Yes, we can!
