India News : Congress general secretary Digvijay Singh on Tuesday accused the BJP of inciting communal violence in Bihar, Kishtwar and Tonk in Rajasthan for 2014 Lok sabha elections gain.<br /><br />Singh had earlier tweeted in the morning "6 Communal Incidents in 2 months in Bihar, Communal Violence in Kishtwar,in Tonk Rajasthan.
