India News : The Vishwa Hindu Parishad says it will begin its 300-km-long parikrama or religious procession around Ayodhya, banned by the Uttar Pradesh government, at 9:30 this morning, with a puja on the ghats of the Saryu river in the town. <br /><br />Former BJP MP Ram Vilas Vedanti and sitting MLA Ram Chandra Yadav were arrested early on Sunday morning, even as a defiant VHP plans to go ahead with its proposed yatra in this temple town.
