India News: The Congress on Tuesday appointed Union minister Jyotiraditya Scindia as the leader of its campaign for the Madhya Pradesh assembly elections due in sometime. <br />The Congress has not tasted success in the state for a decade now and is desperate to wrest power from the BJP government led by Shivraj Singh Chouhan, one of the high-profile saffron chief ministers of the country.
