India News : A case has been registered against an unidentified person for opening fire at Uttarakhand state Agriculture Minister Harak Singh Rawat's official residence despite the name of a ruling party MLA surfacing in connection with the incident which left two persons injured. <br />"The firing incident at the Minister's Yamuna Colony residence during a party last (Tuesday) night is still being probed.
