Air Chief Marshal N A K Browne has voiced strong concern over India's border problems with China and Pakistan. Describing it as a grave security concern, he said the convoluted borders were a point of friction with both Pakistan and China who also collude in sharing conventional and missile technology to develop nuclear and conventional weapons.
