Delhi High Court has set aside single judge's order that Congress veteran N D Tiwari cannot be forced to give a blood sample in a paternity suit. Delhi High Court has said that ND Tiwari has to give his blood sample for DNA test. Earlier too, the High Court had asked Mr Tiwari to undergo a DNA test, but the 85-year-old had challenged this in the Supreme Court, which refused to give him a stay in the case.
