Zakia Jaffri has filed a petition in the magistrate's court demanding copy of SIT member AK Malhotra's preliminary report on the Gulbarg massacre case. Zakia Jafri, the main petitioner in the Gulbarg society case, made a sensational claim that some important documents were missing from the SIT report that was handed to her in connection with the 2002 post-Godhra riots. The widow of former Congress MP, who was killed in the post-Godhra riots, has filed a petition in a city court demanding that she be given the full SIT report.
